Entry fee: $140 per Athlete

Team fee: $60 per team (3 or more gymnasts)

Now accepting $100 deposit per level until spots fill!

All athletes receive a custom GK Leotard!

Equipment provided by DGS

  • Rotation sheets will be emailed to each gym/club, and will be posted here. These are subject to change. Coaches can take a picture of the rotation sheet at the Competition as there will be no hard copies for coaches on site.

  • Athletes will check in with their coaches.

  • Athletes should leave bulky items with their parents (i.e. coats, boots, etc.). We ask that athletes only bring a minimum number of items on the competition floor, as gym space is limited. Please refrain from bringing any valuables to the competition, as the Gymnastics Learning Center and Shrewsbury High School will not be held responsible for an individual’s possessions.

  • Check-in for coaches will be at the head table. Any coach that is not pre-verified will be required to show proof of a current USAG membership. If you do not show proof, and/or are not current, you will not be allowed on the competition floor, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • If you are expecting a refund, you can pick it up at the head table any time during the weekend.

  • Athlete gifts can be picked up in Awards room “A”

  •  We will be having (2) Gyms running at the same time on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The “A” Gym will run Massachusetts Modified Format, with (2) Vaults, (2) Uneven Bars, (2) Beams, and (1) Floor. Each Gym has AAI Equipment provided by DGS.

  • We are asking that you bring 1 coach for every 7 athletes in order for the competition to run efficiently.

  • The (2) Awards Rooms will take place upstairs in the Cafeteria immediately following each session. Awards for this competition will have 50% placement per age group per session. For Level 2, 3 and XCEL Bronze Placements in All Around. Athlete Gifts will be handed to coaches only at Awards.

  • The combined total of the top 3 scores on each event will determine each team’s total Team Score. Team Awards will be given out at the completion of each session.
